Sinkhole in Guatemala Swallows Part of a City Block

My initial reaction to seeing these photos was that there was no way this was real.  As it turns out, the photos were released by the Guatemalan government, and show the effects of a large sinkhole caused by eroding soil from tropical storm Agatha.  Check out the report and photos here.
